Cherry Blossoms

Here's what we've been doing the past couple weeks.

It wasn't until after we got back home, we realized there was a smudge on our camera. Some of the pictures we took with my phone look a little better.

Annabelle likes dandelions.

Eedie and Mom

I thought this one was funny.

The best picture with Eedie and me, and Annabelle is in the background.

A different street with some great cherry blossoms.

I like this one a lot. I took this one with my phone.

The blossoms were gone in the next few days. They don't stay around very long.
She was mesmerized by the construction.

We went to a play place with our neighbor this past week. Here is Eddie in the balloon cage. She loved this area.

Annabelle climbing with her friend, Evan.

This was like a water bed. Eedie liked this too.

They loved pretending they were driving the bus!

We found this drink at Joyful Honda. It was really good! A little like Sunkist but not so sugary.

One of Eedie's favorite things is digging in Mom's purse and finding all kinds of good stuff.

We had German pancakes for breakfast this Sunday and Annabelle wanted to take a picture with them, no pants, a banana and her new "cell phone," a.k.a. junky video game from the Airmen's Attic.

Eedie put herself in this box. Guess she's ready to fly home. =)

Annabelle had to take her turn.

This weekend on base they had "Infested." I guess it was supposed to be some kind of creative festival. There was singing, dancing, activities for kids and food. This is a one-man-band.

We had this for lunch. I dug in before I remembered to take a picture. Rice, egg rolls and chicken.

This lady was blowing up balloons. I told Annabelle to get closer so she could get a balloon, but she was too scared.

This guy was pretty funny. Here, he's doing a bike and juggling part of his act.

They had a dress up area. This was the "princess dress" Annabelle wanted to wear. She was pretty upset when I made her take it off so we could go inside.

And one more thing.... we just wanted to announce....

Baby Jones #3 will be here in October! Here are a couple pictures from my first appointment.

That's it for now!

Showa Park - Flowers

We went to Showa Park a couple weeks ago with my friend Austin, and her kids. I can't take credit for these pictures... Austin took them.

Annabelle and her friend, Brentlee.

Eedie just hanging out.

In Japan, there are many of these roller slides. They are very bumpy, but I think Eedie enjoyed it.
Jumping on the bouncy marshmallows.

I like Annabelle's hair in this one.

Eedie just hanging out, with her crazy hair.

There were a ton of pretty flowers at the park.

Not sure what this thing is. I think it's made out of pebbles or something.

The ice cream was pretty yummy.

This was as good as we could get. Both the girls wouldn't look at the camera at the same time.

The kids were "building a fire."

We had a lot of fun that day. Thanks, Austin, for all the pics!!! =)

Happy Easter!

We have had a lot of fun the past few weeks. We celebrated my birthday and had a great Easter weekend.

Eedie's hair is now long enough for a little ponytail.

We found this trike at the park. They both loved riding around on it. I had to push them because they couldn't reach the pedals.

It has begun....I went in to get Eedie one morning, and found her with her pants and diaper off... and pee all over the bed.
She finally made it! We told her if she could go #2 in the TOILET ten times, then she could have a princess dress. It only took about a month and a half but she did it!

There was an Easter Egg Hunt on base the Saturday before Easter. When they said "Go," this is what Annabelle did. She only ended up with 4 eggs and only because some friends from church handed her three of them. I think we need to do a trial run next year.

We ended the sugar fast on my birthday. A few ladies from church actually had a little get-together for my birthday. We had some great cheesecake that day! We had this cake a couple days later. Our friend Tricia, from church, makes awesome cakes. This one was white cake with strawberry filling.

Two kids from the dental clinic had a joint birthday party this weekend. The theme was "Yo Gabba Gabba." Here's Eedie trying on her hat.

And Annabelle.

The cute cakes.

Eedie with the pinata before he was beaten to death.

Playing "hot potato." Annabelle didn't really get it. I had to help her a little.

She was loving the hats.

About to be busted open.

We had a TON of candy this year. One of my best friends, Audrey, from Kentucky sent us a lot of goodies and treats. My parents also sent some stuff. I had also bought candy earlier not knowing anyone was going to send stuff. I don't even think we put any of the candy we bought, out in the baskets.

This little rabbit that Audrey sent, lost one of his eyes. We called him, Devil Bunny. =)

So excited for all the stuff the Easter Bunny brought.

We told them Aunt Audrey and NeNe and Pappy sent candy to the Easter Bunny to put in their baskets.

Eedie has become quite the sugar addict. Hmmm... I wonder where she got that. Almost all she ate Easter day was CANDY!

We spent the day with our friends, the Ropers. We watched some of General Conference, had an Easter Egg hunt, and then had some lunch.

Annabelle and Summer finding eggs.

Eedie found lots of eggs!

We had a pretty great Easter Day. The cheery blossoms are starting to appear, so we may be trying to hit up one of the festivals they have going on to celebrate.

Til next time...
